Returns & Refunds
Here at Voodoo Turtle we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a problem, let us know, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchased product from www.voodooturtle.com.
We offer FREE RETURNS.
Returning your item(s):
- Wrong Size Ordered:
Please email sales@voodooturtle.com with the title "Replacement" then your order number, and details of the sizing you require. We will send you your returns label, then get the replacement sent out as soon as the return item is received.
- Fautly or Damaged:
Please email sales@voodooturtle.com with the title "Faulty" then your order number, and details of the issue with the garment and if you require a replacement or refund. We will send you your returns label and get the replacement sent out as soon as the return item is received, or issue a refund.
- Change of mind:
Please email sales@voodooturtle.com with the title "Returns" then your order number, we will send you your returns label and issue a refund as soon as the return item is received.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the product being delivered.

Please note:
- Place the slip we email you inside the packaging.
- Make sure all original documents are placed in the packaging (order number document).
- Once the item is receive our returns department will inspect then arrange the replacement / refund where applicable.
If you are unsure or have any questions prior to returning your item please email; sales@voodooturtle.com and provide detail for your product return, include your order number, and we will be happy to advise you.
Before returning an item for any reason, please check the following:
Product must not have be used or tampered with.
Do not remove any tags or labels.
Don’t mess with any stickers or seals.
Keep the original packaging as neatly as you can, the item is to be returned in its original packaging.
Include all documents and accessories received with the product.
Ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Keep in mind……
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if/as applicable).
Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Sealed Goods: We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, underwear, swimwear, which are not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any such returned orders won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
